DaffodilSpring is really on its way now here in the Northern Hemisphere (while the wheel of the year is turning to autumn shades for my Southern Hemisphere-dwelling friends).

It’s a time of transition.

Here in the UK daffodils are flowering. The leaves on plants and trees are budding and bursting. The first spring blooms are starting to tentatively appear on cherry trees.

The land has reawoken. Change is in the air. Life is growing and burgeoning.

As humans we are very much part of nature (though too often, as a species we fool ourselves into thinking we are set apart from it and control it…) and if we allow ourselves to, we can feel how we are attuned to the shifts of the seasonal energies.

This is the time of year for sorting out the old to make space for the new – spring cleaning anyone?

It’s a time of year you may feel called to make changes in your life and/or your work. I know I am. I’m making changes to what I offer – letting go of some things I’ve done for years to make space for new ways of working which are calling me.

It’s a time to tend the seeds of change so they can grow and manifest in your life in the coming months.

It’s a time to come alive!

To feel the sun on our face as its increasing warmth and daylight hours bring life back to the land.

Let the warming sun melt away tensions, fears and resentments and let the blessings of the sun bring courage, enthusiasm and vitality to every cell of your being.

How does spring feel to you? (Or if you’re in autumn, how does that feel?)
