Thinking of starting *yoga*? Or do you know someone who’s thinking about starting yoga? Then there’s something all yoga beginners should know…
I feel I should point out that not all yoga is the same! There are many styles of yoga and every teacher has their own approach.
So, I’ll be honest and up front. If you’re looking to sweat and to push yourself; to feel the burn; to feel like you’ve had a good workout from yoga then I am NOT the teacher for you.
If words like “soul”, “spirit” & “energy” make you wince, then my friend, look elsewhere because these words frequently come out of my mouth in class.
If you’re happy to keep a tight lid on your emotions and don’t want to open that particular can of worms, then … well you get the picture. My classes ain’t for you!
However, if you’d love to practise flowing, gentle, calming, releasing, transforming yoga in a friendly, non-competitive, stress-free environment where you come away feeling at peace, then I think I offer the classes you’ve been looking for.
